I found that if all the inserted piece is actually inside, the base is starting to enter my hole. It could not be left alone, as it was likely that the base was going to get sucked in !!! Again for me, i would say that the neck (Distance B) needs to be around another 1 inch longer. That way, the PLUG inserted piece is definitely all inside, and that base is not trying to also get inside !! If you design and build any plugs more to this sizing, i would happily test it out and even model it for you !!
